Oh my goodness – I get it! Sleep-deprived, bleary-eyed, crazy-haired days and nights were often my reality when our babies were little. It can be torture.

That’s why I’m here!

For the first year of his life, Oscar woke every 1.5 – 3 hours. All night, every night (occasionally throwing in a 5-6 hour stretch just to tease us! And occasionally throwing in 45 min wakes, too). And he was a chronic catnapper; 20-40 minutes no matter what. I remember feeding, rocking, shushing, singing, pacing, crying — and researching. I read what felt like hundreds of articles and books on baby sleep that left me totally confused and overwhelmed. ‘Evidence-based’ articles contradicted each other, ‘mummy blogs’ led me to feel judged over our choices, and everyone had different ideas about how to ‘fix’ our baby’s sleep. I felt like I tried everything and Oscar’s sleep still wasn’t improving; the lack of sleep and no clear answers caused me to doubt myself as a mum.

This is why I LOVE what I can do as your sleep consultant – I know how overwhelming it can be, and I can offer clarity, empathy, and kind, holistic strategies that work and feel right! One of my biggest joys is helping mamas feel calm and confident with their little ones’ sleep.
